Usually yes. We run a re-engagement sequence, sunset the unresponsive, and rebuild from a cleaner base.
Which platform do you recommend?+
For most local businesses, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign. Mailchimp is fine for low-volume. HubSpot if you need the full CRM.
How often should we send?+
At minimum monthly. Weekly if you have the content. Frequency isn't the problem — relevance is.
Can you write the content too?+
